Salad Table..build it and the produce will come!

What do you do if you want some home grown produce but simply don’t have the space?

How about A Salad Table^TM?
These plans are from the University of Maryland.. and you can build one yourself! Basically, it’s a table container garden. These are tall/off the ground, so perfect for a little back patio area or for those that can't bend and stoop so much. Plus, you can grow your herbs and salad fixin's right by your back door if  you so desire! Maybe plant salad greens including argula and herbs, and simply snip what is needed. To learn how to build

They even include a design for a salad Box! Check it out! I think I'm going to try to get hubby to build me one of these..and maybe a few of the boxes for the girls!
