Chadwick's has a $15/$15 code good until Nov 23: CH15OFF They have many things under $10 so take a look.
Lowest shipping is $6.95 and they do have a lower shipping code on the site, but you cannot use 2 codes together. If you use their card, (and maybe any credit card??) you can defer billing until January 5th..but that can be a bummer!
Also, code doesn't work unless you spend at least $15 before shipping, so those $14.99 items won't cut it! Still worth a look though, check out their clearance jewelry (if you can find any left in stock), fragrances or coats if you need one!
