My favorite is to cut the leaves up small and sautee them with onions and garlic... then add spaghetti sauce (marinara with burgandy wine is great). Finally, put it on top of pasta. So yummy!!! The onions, garlic and chard give a mild and slightly sweet taste to the sauce. If you have mushrooms around, toss those in too.
